Rich Hovey sparkles in Central Park

Central Park -- The latest sparkling Vancouverite has been selected by his peers. It's Rich Hovey, who has served Central Park over the past decade as neighborhood president, vice president, newsletter editor and photographer extraordinaire. "Away on vacation? No problem! Rich meets newsletter deadlines remotely, whether he is in Arizona or Italy! Involved in the newsletters from birth through delivery, Rich also helps distribute the newsletters as a member of the delivery team, and emails copies on request," says the neighborhood nomination. Members of the Central Park Neighborhood Association voted Hovey their "Vancouver Sparkles" award winner for 2012.
