Letter Lobbyist’s pledge is not governing

All but 13 of the 289 House and Senate Republicans signed Grover Norquist’s pledge never to raise taxes, no matter what. One wonders whom these senators and representatives serve, the people who elected them or a Washington, D.C., lobbyist?
