Girl, 6, man 23, wounded in Spokane shooting

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) -- A 6-year-old girl and 23-year-old man were wounded in a shooting late Sunday night near Liberty Park in Spokane.
Assistant Fire Chief Brian Schaeffer says both were in stable condition at a hospital.
Police shut down roads in the area, checked houses and searched with a police dog, but they did not immediately find the shooter.
