EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Branden Dawson, a standout freshman for No. 5 Michigan State, has limped off the court.

Dawson injured his left knee with 10:16 left in the first half of Sunday’s game against No. 10 Ohio State.

He was evaluated briefly on the bench, where he rubbed his left knee while his leg was propped up on a chair, and later walked gingerly to the locker room.

The 6-foot-6, 220-pound forward ranks third on the team in scoring (8.5) and is second in rebounds (4.6).
