GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Jake Peavy was pleased with his performance after allowing three runs and four hits in a two-inning spring debut for the Chicago White Sox, a 10-6 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday.

Hoping to make more than 30 starts for the first time since 2007, Peavy said he focused on fastball command, throwing few breaking pitches. He struck out two, walked none, hit a batter and threw a wild pitch.

Peavy gave up an RBI triple to Norichika Aoki, a two-run double to Alex Gonzalez and two infield singles.

Gonzalez went 2 for 3 with a double, a triple and four RBIs. Ryan Braun had an off day and wasn't in the Brewers lineup.

Brewers starter Marco Estrada threw two scoreless innings. He struck out one and allowed three hits.
