YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) -- Police say a shooting that wounded a 19-year-old Wednesday afternoon in Yakima appears to be gang-related.
Witnesses say the shooter approached the victim, spoke to him briefly and then fired. The victim was treated and released at a hospital.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports (http://is.gd/0tll9w ) the victim is not cooperating with investigators.
