ASHLAND, Ore. (AP) — Employees at an Ashland co-op market have been trying since April to win union representation, but the National Labor Relations Board says the store’s management has interfered with the process.
The board says it will let those findings settle and see what the two sides do before deciding whether to file a complaint.
The federal board has not filed a charge against the Ashland Food Co-Op, the Ashland Daily Tidings reports ( http://bit.ly/yqUgMJ ).
If the board decides to issues a formal complaint, the case will be transferred to an administrative law judge within the agency for a written decision.
