PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police say they don’t have enough evidence to prosecute a man with restraining orders from eight people who was accused of running his former boss off the road and holding her against her will with a gun.
KGW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/wpgmQS ) 35-year-old Nicholas Librande faced a ninth restraining order after the incident in Salem last month.
The Washington County District Attorney’s Office says Librande exhibited “behavior that would alarm most people.”
Librande has restraining orders in Multnomah, Marion, Polk, Linn, and Washington counties.
