Clark Public Utilities named among best for customer service

Clark Public Utilities has been named a national customer service champion by a global market research firm, the utility said Thursday.

It’s the second year in a row that J.D. Power and Associates has included the utility in a group of 50 companies it says have set the national benchmark for customer service.

From a pool of more than 800 brands across eight industries, the utility scored in the top 5 percent for customer service.
