TOULOUSE, France (AP) — French interior minister says a suspect in three deadly attacks, who is holed up in a building surrounded by police, has thrown his handgun out of a window but has other weapons.
Claude Gueant said Wednesday that he is talking to a police negotiator and says he’ll surrender in the afternoon. The minister says police want to take him alive.
