19-year-old wounded in Portland gang shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Police believe a shooting that wounded a 19-year-old Thursday night in northeast Portland was gang related.
Police say he was arguing with some other people when he was shot and tried to run away. He was taken to a hospital with an injury described as non-life-threatening.
Gang investigators contacted several people but did not immediately make an arrests or release any information on a possible suspect.
