BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — Burlington Northern Santa Fe employees called police to report some clown was on the railroad tracks in Bellingham.

A man dressed in a clown suit and two friends set up tables and a TV set Thursday afternoon for a photo shoot on the tracks.

Lt. Mike Johnston told The Bellingham Herald (http://is.gd/iRu832 ) a 19-year-old told an officer he had the idea for a photo and brought along his friends to help. They are apparently college students from Saudi Arabia.

The three were cited for trespassing and will likely be fined.
