Legacy offers breast cancer survivors workshop

The Legacy Salmon Creek Breast Health Center, in partnership with the nonprofit organization Breast Friends, is offering a two-day workshop for women who have completed cancer treatment.

The workshop, “Thriving Beyond Cancer,” is designed to help cancer survivors develop a renewed sense of purpose and set goals for the future. Enrollment is limited to 12 women.

The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 6 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 7. Both days’ events will take place at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, 2211 N.E. 139th St. Cost is $49, which includes lunch both days and a workbook.
