EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — A teen accused of trying to shoot rival gang members in a drive-by shooting in Eugene pleaded guilty Wednesday to a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon.
In return for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped attempted murder charges against 18-year-old Daniel Sotelo-Rodriguez of Cottage Grove.
