COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency says cyclist Todd Robertson of Boulder has accepted a 15-month suspension for an anti-doping rule violation.
All his competitive results since Nov. 1, 2009, have been disqualified.
USADA said Friday that a sample collected from the 49-year-old on Feb. 11, 2011, tested positive for a banned oxygen-enhancing peptide hormone. He began serving his sanction on Feb. 14, 2011.
Robertson could’ve faced a two-year suspension, but that was reduced for cooperating with USADA.
