MCMINNVILLE, Ore. (AP) — A woman whose license was already suspended for drunken driving is suspected of driving under the influence again Thursday night when she crashed on Highway 99 in McMinnville.
Police say the 44-year-old McMinnville woman said she was having a medical issue and refused to take a field sobriety test or submit a breath sample.
Police think she was faking the medical problem. She was jailed on drunken driving and other charges.
