Royal Oaks Country Club is hosting a U.S. Open Regional qualifier on Monday.

There will be 100 players competing for up to five spots in the Sectional round. Top finishers in the Sectional earn spots in the 2012 U.S. Open.

Among the competitors scheduled to play at Royal Oaks are 2006 NCAA champion Jonathan Moore, formerly of Vancouver, and University of Oregon head men’s golf coach Casey Martin.

Tee times begin at 8 a.m. Monday.

The course will be open to the public, and there is no charge to attend.
