KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Mike Beaumont has been hired as director of basketball operations for the Tennessee women’s basketball program.
He replaces Kathy Harston, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Since 2008, Beaumont has been assistant athletics director for football operations at Ole Miss. He joins the staff of new Tennessee coach Holly Warlick, who succeeded Pat Summitt when Summitt became coach emeritus.
