Letter: Enough! Beam me up, Jesus

As a recovering Catholic, I was taken aback by Bob Mattila’s April 30 letter, “Need for prayer greater than ever.” I did not know that God only made Christian people, I thought he made all the people of this Earth. I want to thank Mattila for this information. I also did not realize how many ways you can sin, and I’d like to thank Mattila for the heads-up on this subject too. I’m glad to know that all will be OK if we take his advice and have a little less ungodliness in our lives.
I saw a bumper sticker the other day and it really hit home after reading this letter. It read, “Earth is the insane asylum of the universe.” So beam me up Jesus, I’ve had enough.
