Castro’s Margarita Factory, Mexican restaurant and cantina, has leased 4,800 square feet of retail space at Mountain View Village, 14415 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Directors Mortgage has leased 2,566 square feet of office space at Kirkwood Business Park, 2105 N.E. 129th Ave., Suite 101, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, Eric Turner of Cresa Partners represented the tenant. The anticipated move-in date is July 1.
