Letter: Some eat horses, don’t they?

An April 30 Columbian story reported: “Citizen panel wrestles with wild horse issues.” In this country, that is generally without superstition or irrational taboos, it is a surprise to me that we don’t use the obvious solution to the wild horse problem, which is, eat them. I have; it tastes fine.
