Arnada — If you had terminal brain cancer and had only three to six months to live, how would you spend your time? Ryan Woods, an Arnada resident who reaches out to others in his neighborhood, is writing a blog and continuing to connect with people, despite the limitations of his illness. Hundreds of people gathered at Vancouver Pizza Co., Yogurt Time and Compass Church in Uptown Village to show their support to Ryan and his family on April 29. Through various games and opportunities to donate, nearly $5,000 was raised for Ryan’s medical costs. Visit Ryan’s blog at http://www.grassrootsconspiracy.com/blog/.
