A jazz concert to raise money to save the city of Vancouver Summer Sensory Camp will be at 7 p.m. May 19 at the Red Lion at Jantzen Beach, 909 N. Hayden Island Drive, Portland.

The camp, which largely serves children with autism, was canceled this year as part of budget cuts in the Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation department.

Parents are working to raise up to $30,000 to make up the budget shortfall and save the camp.

Music will be performed by Known as Anonymous. A silent auction will also take place. Tickets are $20 and include dessert.
