SEATTLE (AP) — A developer plans to begin construction next month on a 40-story apartment tower in downtown Seattle near the Paramount Theater.
The 440-foot-tall building will have 386 units and 269 parking stalls.
Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reports (http://is.gd/d2jOqx ) it’s one of six projects under way or planned in the urban core by Holland Development for a total of more than 1,400 units. The company expects strong job growth in the next two years in downtown Seattle, thanks in large part to Amazon.com.
