BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — Barcelona defender Dani Alves has broken his collarbone, ruling him out of the upcoming Copa del Rey final.

The Spanish club says that the Brazil international suffered the injury in practice and will have surgery on Wednesday.

Barcelona was already missing defenders Carles Puyol and Eric Abidal for the May 25 final against Athletic Bilbao. Pep Guardiola will coach his last game with the team after winning 13 titles in his four-year stint.

Also, Barcelona regained striker Alexis Sanchez and goalkeeper Jose Pinto after being sidelined by minor injuries.
