Family events mark Armed Forces Day

Silver Buckle Ranch, 11611 N.E. 152nd Ave., is observing Armed Forces Day with an open house Saturday to honor military families and veterans.
The free event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. will include horseback rides, lawn mower train rides, face painting and a barbecue.
