Man found dead in car on Highway 26 near Manning

HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) — A man was found dead in a car parked on the side of Highway 26 about 1 a.m. Monday four miles east of Manning.

Oregon State Police say traffic was detoured for the investigation of the suspicious death.
