Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Brewed Awakenings, a coffee business, has leased 3,180 square feet of retail space at Andresen Marketplace, 5709 N.E. 63rd St., Suite 101, Vancouver, from Scott Family Limited Partnership. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Company Wrench, providing heavy equipment rentals, has leased 4,800 square feet of flex/industrial space at 3909 Fruit Valley Road, Vancouver, from DMK Properties. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Interdent Service Corporation, dba Gentle Dental, has expanded its lease of office space by 1,046 additional square feet at Gardner Center, 1710 S.W. Ninth Ave., Suite 110, Battle Ground. Michelle Estep of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord, Walker Family Trust.

Raise the Bar Promotions, a sales and marketing company, has leased 1,826 square feet of office space at Maria’s Properties, 9110 N.E. Highway 99, Suite B, Vancouver. Ron Kawamoto represented both parties.

The Last U.S. Bag Company, a manufacturing firm, has leased 5,100 square feet of flex/industrial space at Quad 205 Business Park, 10906-1012 N.E. 39th St., suites A-5 and 6, Vancouver, from Spears Real Estate. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Thien Han, dba Orchards 76, has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver, for a convenience store and gas station. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
