Letter: Pulling together in time of need

It was wonderful to read the coverage in the April 30 Columbian story "Ailing veteran's pals ride to rescue, restore hot-rod," on "Wild Bill" Keller. In these busy times it's great to see what people like Dale Vermeire and Arnie Kuchta and all their friends will do for a pal. What all these people did for Keller by rebuilding his 1927 Ford T-Bucket was close to impossible in the time frame of a week. They all pulled together and made it happen. That's what real friendship is all about.
Great job to all who made a special day for Keller come true.
