SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police have arrested four people after a woman claimed she was held captive and sold for sex at meth houses and motels for the past year.
The Spokesman-Review says it is believed to be the first human trafficking case in Spokane County.
On Tuesday, the woman went to the Public Safety Building with a friend and described months of being forced to work as a sex slave. She helped detectives identify four suspects and said she was held mostly at a home in Spokane Valley.
