EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A Marysville woman was sentenced Wednesday in Everett to more than two years in prison for the crash that killed her 7-year-old son.
Kortnie Forbes entered a guilty plea in March, agreeing that a jury would likely find her guilty of vehicular homicide in the September 2010 crash near Arlington that killed Isayah Forbes. Prosecutors said she was driving drunk.
The Daily Herald reports (http://is.gd/8XQU6i ) two children that survived the crash were removed from the home by Child Protective Services.
