Logsden man killed in ATV accident

NEWPORT, Ore. (AP) -- The Lincoln County sheriff's office says a 76-year-old Logsden man was killed Thursday in an ATV accident.
The sheriff's office says James Smith was towing logs near Logsden when his ATV rolled, trapping him underneath. He was found by family members about 15 minutes after the accident. He died at the scene.
