FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Derek Carr threw for 304 yards and four touchdowns, and Robbie Rouse eclipsed 1,000 yards rushing for the third straight season as Fresno State defeated Hawaii 45-10 in the 200th game at Bulldog Stadium.

Carr threw first-half touchdown passes of 8, 47, 45 and 31 yards while completing 15 of 23 passes for the Bulldogs (7-3, 5-1 Mountain West), who led 42-3 at halftime and improved to 5-0 at home this season. Rouse, the school’s all-time rushing leader, ran for 102 yards and a 51-yard touchdown on 13 carries to give him 1,101 yards this season. The senior is the first Fresno State player to surpass 1,000 yards in three seasons.

Hawaii (1-7, 0-5), which lost its sixth straight, got its only points on a 49-yard field goal by Tyler Hadden in the second quarter and a 5-yard run by Jeremy Higgins late in the fourth.
