Two people were sent to the hospital after a two-car crash near the Brush Prairie WinCo on Monday morning.

The crash was reported around 10:15 a.m. at 11310 N.E. 119th St., according to emergency dispatch logs.

Clark County sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Fred Neiman said the crash involved a sedan and a GMC Yukon.

The Yukon rolled over in the intersection, according to a Clark County Fire District 3 bulletin. The driver, Nicole Ryan, 29, of Vancouver was trapped inside until firefighters stabilized the vehicle and removed her. A boy who was in a car seat in the Yukon was not injured, Fire District 3 said.

The driver of the sedan, Tyler Nieman, 23, of Brush Prairie was also injured in the crash.

The two were sent to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening, Fire District 3 said. Ryan was treated and released while Nieman was listed in satisfactory condition Monday night.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating.
