Warren Buffett firm buys Prudential Northwest, Real Living

Both companies have Vancouver offices

Portland-based Prudential Northwest Properties and the Real Living real estate network, both with offices in Clark County, have been acquired by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway company. Prudential will be rebranded as part of Berkshire’s HomeServices of America real estate network.

Real Living will retain its name under the new ownership, according to Ron Arp, who represents Chad and Hollie Sessions, owners of a Real Living franchise with three offices in Clark County.
