LONG BEACH — Razor clam digging is open today through Saturday on the Long Beach Peninsula.

Long Beach and Twin Harbors are open today. The two beaches plus Copalis and Mocrocks will be open Friday and Saturday.

“If razor clams have a place on your Thanksgiving table, this is the time to get them,” said Dan Ayres, coastal shellfish manager for the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. “We have lots of clams available for harvest.”

Low tides are -1.9 feet at 7:29 p.m. today, -1.6 feet at 8:18 p.m. Friday and -1.1 feet at 9:09 p.m. Saturday.

The limit is the first 15 clams dug regardless of size or condition. Each digger’s clams must be kept in a separate container.
