The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In October, the Nursing Commission reinstated the license of registered nurse Amber R. Jordan and placed it on probation.

In October, the Counselor Program ended the probation order against agency affiliated counselor Kelli E. Keyes.

In October, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Roy James Taber of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Taber allegedly represented himself as a hearing instrument fitter/dispenser and audiologist when he doesn’t have a Washington credential to practice either.
