Gunman robs Hazel Dell store

A gunman robbed a store in Hazel Dell on Saturday, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Sgt. Dave Trimble said a clerk at Biggs Beer Wine & Tobacco, 7904 N.E. Sixth Ave., called 911 about 3:34 p.m. and reported that she had just been robbed at gunpoint.
The clerk told deputies that the man was armed with a handgun and left on foot, Trimble said. The robber was described as a white male adult, about six feet two inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds, with a light brown scruffy beard. He was wearing black or dark sunglasses, a black leather jacket and a blue stocking cap, and possibly had the hood of a sweatshirt pulled up.
Trimble said no one was injured in the robbery.
