Rodrigo Lopez has been named by Comcast as regional vice president for Oregon and Southwest Washington. He will oversee Comcast’s video, high-speed Internet and telephone operations throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington, serving more than 600,000 customers and managing more than 2,000 employees. He will be based in the company’s Beaverton, Ore., office.

• With more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Kimberly Superneau has joined Heritage Wealth Strategies, a new business line for Heritage Bank. She will seek new clients and staff to build the program across the Heritage Bank footprint from Portland to Seattle.

• Corwin Beverage Company of Ridgefield has promoted Bobbie Rasmussen to the position of marketing manager. Rasmussen has worked for the company for three years and most recently served as marketing coordinator. She lives in Hazel Dell.

• Vancouver’s Downtown Association has elected a new slate of officers to take over duties in January. Retiring president Linda Glover will be replaced by president-elect Casey Wyckoff of LSW Architects. Josh Oliva, Hi-School Pharmacy Real Estate, will assume the position of vice president. Charlene Dahlen, community Housing Resource Center, will continue as secretary, and Linda McLain, Currie-McLain certified public accountants, will continue as treasurer.
