Washougal — The Washougal High School Interact Club sponsored a Monster Mash carnival on Halloween for elementary students. Many witches, pirates and princesses attended. The Interact Club is a student version of Rotary and is committed to service. There are more 100 WHS students in the club, which earned praise from Washougal school district’s superintendent for stepping up and giving back to their community.
