TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Lucas Eitel scored 25 points, making all nine of his shots from the field including seven 3-pointers, as Indiana State defeated High Point 76-62 on Sunday.

Khristian Smith added 18 points and R.J. Mahurin scored 10 for the Sycamores (4-1), who have won four straight since a season-opening loss at No. 11 UCLA. Eitel’s total was a career high, easily beating the 12 points he scored against Evansville last season, and his seven 3s were the most without a miss in a game in school history.

Adam Weary led the Panthers (3-2) with 12 points, while John Brown and Dejuan McGaughy scored 10 each. High Point led 32-30 at halftime, but Indiana State shot 70 percent from the floor in the second half and made all six tries from 3-point range. The Sycamores finished at 52 percent overall and 67 percent (10 of 15) from behind the arc.
