Diane Moore has leased 1,500 square feet of office space for a counseling business at Fieldstone Office Park, 11105 N.E. 14th St., Suite B, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Jill Lutz of Real Living, The Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
Eurotech Inc., a software and technology company, has subleased 627 square feet of rentable space in the Webber Building, 400 Columbia St., Suite 160, Vancouver, from Kramer Gehlen & Associates. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the sublessor and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the sublessee.
Herontide LLC, investors, has purchased One Lake Place Condominiums, a 60-unit complex at 5264 N.E. 121st Ave., Vancouver, from Turnaround Inc. The purchase price was $4,200,000. Charlie Kleier and Sierk Braam of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Todd Locker of Marketplace Brokerage represented the buyer.
