LINZ, Austria (AP) — Top-ranked Victoria Azarenka won her sixth WTA title of the season Sunday by beating Julia Goerges 6-3, 6-4 at the Generali Ladies.

Azarenka, who now has 14 career titles, has won 13 straight matches without dropping a set since losing the U.S. Open final last month.

Azarenka broke the fifth-seeded Goerges in the opening game and again at 5-3 to take the first set.

Azarenka won 12 consecutive points early in the second set to build a 5-0 lead. She then lost four straight games before closing out the victory on her fifth match point.
