Lunch Buddy mentor meeting is Wednesday

Vancouver — Lunch Buddy mentors volunteer just 45 minutes a week at lunchtime, but can make a big difference in a child's life. Those interested in being a mentor are invited to attend an informational session from noon to 12:45 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Bates Center for Educational Leadership, 2921 Falk Road.
Register and pre-order an optional $5 lunch by contacting Marija Hobbs at 360-313-4725 or email LunchBuddy@foundationforvps.org. The Lunch Buddy program is administered by the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools.
