2 men sought in Portland mugging, shooting

PORTLAND — Police are looking for two men who mugged two other men at gunpoint early today in northeast Portland and then shot a man in a vehicle who refused to buy drugs.
Officers responded to the robbery after 3 a.m. One of the mugging victims also had his shoes taken.
Officers learned the same two suspects in the mugging tried to sell drugs to three people leaving a convenience store. They declined and were getting into a car when one of the suspects walked up to their window and shot the driver in the arm.
Police searched the area without finding the suspects.
