Skyview, Hough patron tour set for Nov. 2

Vancouver Public Schools Superintendent Steve Webb is leading a patron tour from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 2. The tour begins at the Bates Center for Educational Leadership, 2921 Falk Road, where patrons will board a school bus.
At Hough Elementary, highlights will include a program to increase students' reading fluency and engagement in learning through the use of the iPod Touch. At Skyview High School, students will demonstrate application of technology in innovative ways and participation in the Science, Math and Technology Magnet Program.
