• Riverview Community Bank and Riverview Asset Management Corp. have appointed Don Houston as investment executive for investment services. Houston will be based in downtown Vancouver. He will focus on small business and personal banking clients.

Eric Petracca has been appointed to the position of chief financial officer at Camas-based Lacamas Community Credit Union. Petracca has been the interim CFO since March and has been with Lacamas for more than eight years. He has a bachelor’s degree in humanities from Washington State University. He and his family live in Vancouver.

• Entrepreneurs James and Kathleen Kleiser have been honored with the Mr. Electric Top Gun award. The award is presented to all Mr. Electric franchisees who are in the top 10 percent of the franchise network. The Kleisers, whose store is at 418 N.E.
