Chivas USA rally for 2-2 tie against FC Dallas

FRISCO, Texas (AP) — Laurent Courtois and Juan Agudelo scored in stoppage game to lift Chivas USA into a 2-2 tie with FC Dallas on Sunday night in the season finale for both clubs.

Jackson and Fabian Castillo scored for Dallas (9-13-12), which finished sixth in the Western Conference.

Chivas USA (7-18-9) closed the season with a franchise-record winless streak of 14 games. It was outscored 37-10 during the 0-10-4 finish, leaving it last in the Western Conference.

Courtois scored his first goal of the season in the 90th minute to trim FC Dallas’ lead to 2-1. Courtois, who entered in the 80th minute, received a short pass from Ben Zemanski and his soft chip shot from 15 yards out slipped past goalkeeper Kevin Hartman just inside the left post.
