Letter: Little accomplished by Obama

The Columbian
Published: October 27, 2012, 5:00pm

President Obama, I am unemployed and I want to thank you for making sure I have everything I need to survive. I think it is really cool that my neighbor, who is middle class and is struggling to support his family, is footing the bill. I live in a country where everyone is afraid to tell me “no,” or tell me to get off my backside and contribute. Please continue to add programs to help the bottom wage earners and stick it to the rich and “Joe Blow Middle Class.”

— Korey Kier, Vancouver
