Organizers of the Streets of Treats are putting out a call to ghosts and goblins for some trick-or-treating fun Wednesday at Battle Ground Village, Southeast Grace Avenue and Rasmussen Boulevard. The event will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. on Halloween and is open to kids of all ages.
